In a 5 star hotel, this department acounts for more than 50% of the workforce and the people employed here have to be very artistic, alert, with a keen eye for detail, tactful, creative, punctual and what not. A complete personality is required and these attributes are developed in the students by the trainers of this division of Hoteliering.

CHTS’s IHMCT provides a model hotel room to give the student, the feel of a 5-star hotel room. Hands on practicals by the faculty members are held on a weekly basis and to make them even more perfect the STUDENT EXECUTIVE COUNCIL maintains daily duty roasters for students to make them live with the feel of a hotelier throughout the course.
