With a HUGE INDUSTRIAL OVEN as the asset of the Bakery, students get the best of Training in Bakery and Patisserie products. The Experienced Faculty go all out to train regarding the latest products in the market.

The methodology of the baker’s training is such that the students make large quantities of products thus providing them with the absolute practice that is required for the Art of Bakery.

With the help of Workshops being conducted by the Chef Bakers from various hotels, they act as Learning and Development sessions for both, the Faculty and the Students.
